What's Included:

Important: Guests must book through Passports & CarryOns Travel to receive complimentary hotel stay. Recipient of hotel stays will be responsible for government taxes associated with destination. Terms & conditions apply. Travel voucher will be sent upon completion of travel.

Payment Information
- A $50 non-refundable per person deposit is due to reserve your cabin
- Balance is due on or before March 26, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel before March 26, 2025, Carnival will keep your deposit as penalty.
- If you cancel between March 28, 2025 and April 16, 2025, Carnival will keep your deposit plus $150 as penalty.
- If you cancel between April 17, 2025 and May 12, 2025, Carnival will keep your deposit plus 50% of your cruise fare as penalty.
- If you cancel between May 13, 2025 and May 27, 2025, Carnival will keep your deposit plus 75% of your cruise fare as penalty.
- If you cancel you cruise after May 28, 2025 Carnival will keep your deposit plus 100% of your total cruise fare as penalty.
- Port fees, taxes and all pre-paid services will be refunded to you.
Required Travel Documentation
- Guests will need either a valid passport OR a birth certificate and valid government issued identification to cruise.
- All minor children traveling with their parent(s) will need to have their birth certificate. If you are the guardian of the minor children who will be traveling with you, it is strongly recommended that you bring an original, signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you along with their birth certificate.
- Lead passenger must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment.

- All guests will need either a valid passport OR a birth certificate and valid drivers license/state ID to cruise.

- No room or roommate changes can be made after your final payoff date.
- Reservations must be made in your full legal name at the time of booking.
- It is expected that payments will be made on time and will remain current each month to avoid room cancellation.
- Full payment is due on or before March 26, 2025. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in cabin cancellation.
- You can view your payment date, payment history and more on your invoice.
- Please check your emails frequently for updates and payment reminders. You will receive a payment reminder at least 7 days before your payment is due.
