PAYMENT INFORMATION
- A $25 non-refundable per person payment is due before February 1, 2025 to hold your cabin of choice.
- A payment of $250 per person is due on or before November 20, 2025 to receive a booking number.
- Final payment is due on or before January 19, 2026.
- Payment plans are available upon request.
CARNIVAL CANCELLATION POLICY
- If you cancel your cruise before February 1, 2025, Carnival will keep $25 per person as penalty.
- If you cancel between January 21, 2026 and February 24, 2026, Carnival will keep $250 per person as penalty.
- If you cancel between February 25, 2026 and March 22, 2026, Carnival will keep 50% of your cruise fare as penalty.
- If you cancel between March 23, 2026 and April 6, 2026, Carnival will keep 75% of your cruise fare as penalty.
- If you cancel you cruise after April 7, 2026 Carnival will keep 100% of your total cruise fare as penalty.
- Port fees, taxes and all pre-paid services will be refunded to you.
- Carnival's Vacation Protection is non refundable if you cancel your booking.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- Guests will need either a valid passport OR a birth certificate AND a valid government issued identification to cruise. (Ex: Drivers license, State ID.)
- Lead passenger must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Lead passenger must be 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests sharing a cabin can make separate payments. Please make sure that your roommate is reliable. If your roommate cancels or fail to make their payments, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
- Payment plans are available.
- All minor children traveling with their parent(s) will need to have their birth certificate. If you are the guardian of the minor children who will be traveling with you, it is strongly recommended that you bring an original, signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you along with their birth certificate.
- No room or roommate changes can be made after your final payoff date.
- Reservations must be made in your full legal name at the time of booking.
- It is expected that payments will be made on time and will remain current each month to avoid room cancellation.
- Full payment is due on or before January 19, 2026. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in cabin cancellation.
- You can view your payment date, payment history and more on your invoice.
- Please check your emails frequently for updates and payment reminders. You will receive a payment reminder at least 7 days before your payment is due.
