PAYMENT INFORMATION
- A $50 non-refundable per person payment is due at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- If your plans change, your right to a refund is limited and subject to the penalties and fees shown in the table below. Passengers who do not travel are subject to 100% cancellation penalties.
- All changes and cancellations are subject to availability, limitations, restrictions, and fees imposed by Funjet Vacations (“brand fees”) and its third-party suppliers (“supplier penalties’’ assessed directly by the airline, hotel, and/or feature providers, such as excursion operators).
- If you cancel your vacation or change your travel dates the applicable hotel/feature penalties become payable by you.
- If the number of individuals occupying a room changes, the remaining traveler(s) will be responsible for any additional costs incurred as a result of a change in the per-person occupancy rate. If all travelers change, it is considered a new booking and cancellation fees may apply.
- Nonrefundable hotels incur penalties upon deposit. Once travel has begun, there will be no refunds for any unused or partially used travel component for any reason.
- If you cancel your vacation and you purchase travel protection, fees will be waived, and the amount due (less the cost of the TPP premium) will be in the form of travel credit if you selected the full travel credit option, or original form of payment if you selected the cash refund option.
- If you cancel your vacation and do not purchase Travel Protection, any refund due (after applicable penalties have been assessed) will be in original form of payment. All applicable cancellation penalties are deducted from travel credit.
- Travel Protection is non refundable once purchased and is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- All guests, regardless of age, will need a passport valid at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel.
- Lead passenger must be at least 18 years of age or older to time of travel.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Lead passenger must be 18 years of age or older to book.
- Guests sharing a room can make separate payments. Please make sure that your roommate is reliable. If your roommate cancels or fail to make their payments, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
- Payment plans are available.
- All names on the reservation must match passport.
- All minor children traveling with their parent(s) are required to have a passport valid at least 6 months beyond the travel dates. If you are the guardian of the minor children who will be traveling with you, it is strongly recommended that you bring an original, signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you along with their birth certificate.
- Changes to reservation will incur a $50 change fee.
- No room or roommate changes can be made after your final payoff date.
- Reservations must be made in your full legal name at the time of booking.
- It is expected that payments will be made on time to avoid room cancellation.
- Full payment is due on or before June 6, 2025. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in your room being cancelled.
- You can view your payment date, payment history and more on your invoice.
- Please check your emails frequently for updates and payment reminders. You will receive a payment reminder at least 7 days before your payment is due.
