Cabin Prices

The price of your cruise fare includes all dining across 20+ restaurants, WiFi, essential drinks (water, soda, coffee, tea), fitness classes, entertainment, and gratuities—so you can enjoy more without constant add-ons.  Extras like alcohol, excursions, spa services, and specialty beverages cost extra, but you only pay for what you actually want—no packages required.
The pricing below is based on 2 people sharing one cabin.
TIER 1: BASE FARE PRICING
With the Base fare, Sailors can choose the most value-driven option. This non-refundable fare introduces a new Basic WiFi tier for one device per Sailor designed for social media, messaging and light browsing. Dining reservations open 15 days before sailing, and while changes to names, cabins or dates aren’t permitted, it’s an ideal choice for Sailors who know their plans and prefer straightforward savings.

TIER 2: ESSENTIAL FARE PRICING
The Essential fare remains closest to what Sailors know and love today. It includes Classic WiFi for one device per Sailor, with social media, messaging, browsing and audio calling. This option includes a 45-day dining reservation window, along with added flexibility to adjust voyage dates using a Future Voyage Credit. Name changes are also allowed for Sailors Two through Four, making this option a familiar favorite with a touch more flexibility.

TIER 3: PREMIUM FARE PRICING
For those seeking more perks and freedom, the Premium fare delivers elevated benefits. For the first time, Sea Terrace categories and below will enjoy a 60-day dining reservation window, previously reserved only for suites. Premium also includes Premium WiFi for two devices per Sailor with streaming and video capabilities, an included Bar Tab (drinks credit), and access to a priority support line for pre-voyage booking. This fare is designed for Sailors who want greater convenience, more benefits and maximum flexibility.

VIRGIN VOYAGES CANCELLATION POLICY

If you or anybody travelling with you wishes to cancel either your/their holiday, you must contact Shoreside Sailor Services if booking direct (through our Contact Us page is best, or call in US 1-954-488-2955; if in the UK call +44-20-3003-4919), or your travel agent or tour operator, and give notice of the cancellation. The Voyage will only be cancelled on the date we receive the notice of cancellation. Please note, the following cancellation policy is only eligible with our Suites, Essential fare, and Premium fare options. Lock-it-in Rates and our Base fare options are non-refundable.

- You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your departure date. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit at this time.

- From 119 days up to 45 days from your departure date, your available options are:

  • Receive a “Future Voyage Credit” in the amount paid that can be applied to a new sailing up to 1 year after the original Voyage date.
  • Change to a new Voyage date up to 1 year after original Voyage date.
  • Change names on the reservation; permissible up to 48 hours before your Voyage sailing date.
  • Submit an insurance claim if travel protection (aka travel insurance) was purchased.

- At 44 days from your departure date, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to transfer, sell, or otherwise have someone go in your place up to 48 hours before your Voyage.

Note: the date of departure means the date the arrangements you have booked through us start.  So if you booked a flight or hotel add-on to your Voyage, it is the day the first add-on begins.  Conversely, It may be your Voyage sail date if that is the only thing you booked with us.  The sail date is the date the ship, on the Voyage portion of your holiday, departs the port of embarkation.  

Individual cancellation policies apply at the Guest level for any individual cancellation within a cabin.

Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim any unrefunded money (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your travel insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to your insurance company. As always, we recommend you purchase our Voyage Protection.

Where any cancellation reduces the number of full paying party members below the number on which the price, number of free places and/or any concessions agreed for your booking were based, we will recalculate these items and re-invoice you at the applicable higher price.

Cancellations shall be deemed effective at 11:59 p.m. local east coast United States time on the date Guest communicates such cancellation.

Per person taxes and fees will be refunded to the credit card on file.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

  • Guests will need either a valid passport OR a birth certificate AND a valid government issued identification to cruise. (Ex: Drivers license, State ID.)
  • All guests must be at least 18 years of age or older. 
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • All guests must be 18 years of age or older to book.
  • Guests sharing a cabin can make separate payments. Please make sure that your roommate is reliable. If your roommate cancels or fail to make their payments, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance.
  • Payment plans are available.
  • No room or roommate changes can be made after your final payoff date.
  • Reservations must be made in your full legal name at the time of booking.
  • It is expected that payments will be made on time and will remain current each month to avoid room cancellation.
  • Full payment is due on or before October 16, 2026. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in cabin cancellation.
  • You can view your payment date, payment history and more on your invoice.
  • Please check your emails frequently for updates and payment reminders. You will receive a payment reminder at least 7 days before your payment is due.
