What's Included:
Important: Guests must book through Passports & CarryOns Travel to receive Hotel Savings Card and complimentary hotel stay. Hotel savings card discounts are only valid when applied to reservations booked through BookVIPPlus portal and will require an account to be created. Link for hotel savings card will be sent once deposit has been paid. Recipient of hotel stays will be responsible for government taxes associated with destination. Voucher for complimentary 4 day/3 night stay will be sent upon completion of travel. Terms & conditions apply.

Payment Information
- A $100 non-refundable per person deposit is due to reserve your cabin.
- Balance is due on or before July 5, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
- If you cancel between July 6, 2025 and August 3 2025, Norwegian will keep your deposit plus 25% of your total cruise fare as penalty.
- If you cancel between August 4, 2025 and September 2, 2025, Norwegian will keep your deposit plus 50% of your cruise fare as penalty.
- If you cancel between September 3, 2025 and October 2, 2025, Norwegian will keep your deposit plus 75% of your cruise fare and add ons as penalty.
- If you cancel you cruise after October 3, 2025 Carnival will keep your deposit plus 100% of your total cruise fare and add ons as penalty.
- Port fees, taxes and applicable pre-paid services will be refunded to you.
Required Travel Documentation
- Guests will need either a valid passport OR a birth certificate and valid government issued identification to cruise.
- All minor children traveling with their parent(s) will need to have their birth certificate. If you are the guardian of the minor children who will be traveling with you, it is strongly recommended that you bring an original, signed letter from the absent parent(s) or legal guardians authorizing the minor to travel with you along with their birth certificate.
- Lead passenger must be at least 21 years of age or older.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment.

- Full payment is due on or before July 5, 2025. Failure to pay in full by this date will result in cabin cancellation.
- You can view your payment date, payment history and more on your invoice.
- Please check your emails frequently for updates and payment reminders. You will receive a payment reminder at least 7 days before your payment is due.
